Birth & Postpartum Doula Fertility
Based in the Tasman Area, Aotearoa/New Zealand, I provide holistic healing and empowerment for women, both in-person and online.
I am a Birth Doula, Menstrual Cycle Coach, and Womb Trauma Integration Doula working for a world where everyone feels at home in their body, where the birth of our babies is respected, and our sovereignty and cyclical nature is honoured.
My intention is to reawaken reverence for the womb space, supporting women to connect into, trust, and express the loving wisdom that lies outside the human mind.

When I met Olivia I had loosely been trying to conceive my second child for nearly a year. I approached Olivia to see what she could offer to help me in this journey. She taught me about cycle awareness which was something I deeply resonated with and thoroughly enjoyed the daily journaling practice, and within one cycle I was pregnant! I continued my sessions with Olivia throughout my pregnancy and we explored a range of topics including relationships, sexuality, fear, stress, and parenting.
Olivia is an incredible doula who provides very holistic care. She really embodies the philosophy that birth can be affected by so much more than what the medical model of care can offer and creates a safe space to work through any challenges, emotionally and spiritually.
She provides non-judgemental advice and wisdom, providing me with so many skills and practices that are useful in everyday life, including communication skills and nervous-system regulation exercises. Olivia included my partner and daughter in some sessions and helped strengthen our family dynamics whilst preparing for the birth of our newest family member.
She is kind, thoughtful, genuine and empowering and has a crazy gift of being able to understand exactly how I’m feeling and articulate it in a way that is so validating. I never thought I would need the services of a doula as I am a midwife myself and had already birthed well before, but when I met Olivia I was drawn to learn more and gained so much from our sessions. Olivia supported me for my third pregnancy. The intention was to have a home birth- a first for me. Olivia was always fully present, and would create a safe environment to best support my needs that day. With her gentle guidance, utmost care, and respect for my unborn baby and I, I was able to deeply tune in and alchemise what fears I held on to from previous births and an unfamiliar endeavour I was yet to see.
We worked with affirmations, ritual, meditation, somatic healing, reiki, sister circles and deep listening. Olivia’s great respect for the wisdom held in a woman’s body and womb space helped to empower me and build the foundations to create a beautiful space for home birthing my son. A memory I can cherish and teachings I can pass down to my daughters.
Olivia will always be in my heart, and I highly recommend her when it comes to holding space, especially supporting women. Her well educated and open minded support should be something all women get to experience
