I am Suzan, a mother of four (now adults) including twins, midwife, and doula.
As an Integrative preconception, pregnancy and postpartum doula I bring a breadth of life skills and experience with me.
My kete is filled with decades of midwifery knowledge, practice, and experience with additional training as an Integrative Nutritionist, Healing Birth Practitioner and Womb and Fertility massage therapist.
I work with consciousness and a deep desire to improve health and wellness outcomes of each woman, baby and family.
I offer rich and delicious packages of wisdom, nourishment and care in each of the stages: from preconception to pregnancy, pregnancy to birth and during the postpartum period.
